Lisboa33 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting & Casino Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below:

Lisboa33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonus is only eligible for first deposit only and may not be combined with other promotions.

• The minimum eligible odds for Sports Betting wagers to count towards rollover is 1.50.

This section applies to all Sports Betting at lisboa33, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and others), BWF badminton, tennis, NBA basketball, e-sports (Dota 2, CS2, Mobile Legends), and all other available sports.

• All bets confirmed by the Lisboa33 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of an evident technical error.
• Lisboa33 reserves the right to void or suspend bets in the event of a technical failure, false information in the market, or a postponed or cancelled match.
• For postponed matches: if the match does not resume within 48 hours, all bets will be voided.
• All odds displayed are in decimal format. Lisboa33 reserves the right to update odds before a bet is confirmed.
• Combination bets (parlay/accumulator) containing cancelled matches will be recalculated using odds of 1.00 for the affected match.
• Lisboa33 sets varying maximum bet limits depending on the market type and match. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

All casino games at Lisboa33 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, video slots, and Live Casino with live dealers — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot is transparently displayed on the respective game page.
• Lisboa33 is not liable for internet connection disruptions during a gaming session. Any bets submitted prior to the disconnection are considered valid and final.

Lisboa33 reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Recommending or using bots, automated software, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage.
• Detection of money laundering or other illegal activities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Lisboa33 support team. Once an account is closed, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 5 business days via the original payment method.
